Today, more and more people are choosing to buy their essential items online, due to convenience and cost. No one wants to have to stop at five different places just to get toilet paper that is sub-par. Not only does buying your toilet paper online save you time and money, but it also saves you the hassle of finding the store that has what you want in stock. Below, you will find a list of today’s top brands that can be found online and shipped directly to your house.
Page Overview
Charmin is a well-known brand and top of the list for a reason. It’s durable, the rolls are big, and it goes a long way. There are all kinds of different variations of Charmin toilet paper, from Ultra soft to Ultra strong. Whether you want more toilet paper per roll or something strong, Charmin Ultra Strong is great for those dirty jobs.
Affordable
Being able to afford your toilet paper is of course the most important thing. No one wants to pay an arm and a leg for something they are just going to flush down the drain anyway. Charmin Ultra Strong has more sheets per roll and the plys are thick enough to keep you from getting in touch with your inner self!
Septic Safe
Having toilet paper that is safe for your septic system is important and Charmin is safe for most septic tanks, However, I wouldn’t recommend flushing a large amount, as this toilet paper takes a bit longer to break down.
Pros
Cons
The Presto brand toilet paper is found usually only online but is for someone who is looking for a septic safe toilet paper that is good for large families. These rolls are large and go quite a ways. A little goes a long way with this toilet paper.
Affordable
Coming in at under a dollar a roll, I think it is safe to say that Presto toilet paper is absolutely affordable. Also, each roll equals up to 4 regular rolls, saving you from frequent refills and frantic moments on the toilet looking for the toilet paper.
Less lint
There is one reason I personally don’t like some toilet paper, and that is the amount of lint and dust that comes from them. No one wants to find pieces of toilet paper on themselves or be covered in lint or dust. Presto is a bit thin but it does offer a more lint-free experience.
Pros
Cons
This is a brand that is seen in many stores and at affordable prices. Although it does tend to fall apart a bit easy, it does the job. If you are looking for a lot of toilet paper for less, then Angel Soft is a good start.
Cheap
Sadly, you do get what you pay for. Angel soft is affordable and is thick enough to work. However, once the toilet paper is wet it begins to fall apart quickly… so work fast!
Easy on the septic tank
Because Angel Soft breaks up quickly, it’s easy on the septic tank and your toilet.
Pros
Cons
Everyone knows this toilet paper by its classic ripple design and strength. Giving texture to the toilet paper allows for a better clean and a strong grip. No one wants to slip when they are using toilet paper, thus making Cottonelle a top choice on this list.
Rippled design
Cottonelle has designed their toilet paper to have ripples throughout the whole roll paper, it is made to be strong and act like a textured cloth to tackle those hard jobs.
Super soft but linty
This toilet paper is not only strong, but it is super soft. Sadly, that also means that the lint factor is a bit high. This of course leads to toilet paper being left behind in places it doesn’t belong.
Pros
Cons
Scott is another toilet paper brand that has different variations. From 1000 Sheet Count to ComfortPlus, this brand has toilet paper for most needs. My mom always preferred the 1000 Sheet count or the Essential because it was mostly lint-free and one roll lasted a long time. Those were very important to her when choosing her toilet paper. However, to me, the toilet paper is super thin and I needed more to keep myself protected while doing the deed. What is important to you when choosing your toilet paper?
Large Rolls
Scott toilet paper rolls can come in a 1000 sheet count roll and are usually double the size of your standard toilet paper roll. They do last longer in some cases. Less refills mean less empty cardboard rolls too!
Very thin
Unless you get Scott® ComfortPlus™, you are likely to be faced with a thin 2-ply sheet of toilet paper that will leave you vulnerable.
Pros
Cons
You may have seen this company a time or two, but most of the time in your local businesses bathroom. This is because Georgia Pacific has a toilet paper that is affordable in bulk and doesn’t fall apart as soon as it gets wet. Although this isn’t my first choice for toilet paper at home, if you plan on needing a lot of toilet paper at once, this may be the way to go!
Great price
If you are looking for a toilet paper that is going to be cheap, you can buy twice as much of this toilet paper as the leading brand for the same price.
Individually wrapped
Another thing that was great about this toilet paper was that it was individually wrapped. It looks more sanitary and allows you to keep some in different areas with the eyesore.
Pros
Cons
If you are looking for a toilet paper that’s good for your sensitive skin, you might want to try something more natural and enriched with vitamins. This is why Monkeylips toilet paper made it to this list! It’s a toilet paper that is made specifically for skin health and at a little over a dollar a roll, was super affordable.
Made of organic green tea
Monkeylips toilet paper was unlike any of the toilet paper I put on this list. It’s made from organic green tea and enriched with carotene, which has antioxidant properties. Also being enriched with Vitamin A, your skin can only get better compared to the leading toilet paper right?
Lint and dust-free
This is always a big deal for me when I am choosing my toilet paper, and this one definitely made me happy! It’s made with natural virgin pulp that is unbleached, making for no lint or left behind pieces. And if you ask me, that is definitely a good thing!
Pros
Cons
Here is another brand that is usually sold in bulk but is a bit thicker than the leading bulk brand you may find. Although this isn’t the softest toilet paper on the list, it isn’t the roughest either! If you are looking for something to stock multiple bathrooms that won’t feel like sandpaper, this is a pretty good choice.
Individually wrapped
Having your toilet paper individually wrapped keeps it sanitary longer. If you do not have a storage place for it, it may be easier to buy them individually wrapped in order to keep it cleaner and more organized.
Septic safe
Having any tissue paper that is septic safe is important if you plan on flushing it. This toilet paper is strong for as thin as it is and it breaks up quickly once wet, making it easier for your septic tank.
Pros
Cons
Bim Bam Boo is another great brand that is individually wrapped and great for those of you who have sensitive skin. Made from bamboo, this plant-based toilet paper is hypoallergenic. If you are looking for something to take camping, Bim Bam Boo is biodegradable and recyclable as well.
Durable
Not only is this brand great for sensitive skin but it holds up well. You don’t need a lot of this toilet paper to do the job and it’s easy on the skin too, feeling softer than most individually wrapped brands.
Environmentally friendly
Bim Bam Boo makes sure to create as much of its packaging out of biodegradable and recycled sources, making their toilet paper septic safe and easier on the environment.
Pros
Cons
Caboo Tree free is another brand made from bamboo and is a lot like Bim Bam Boo. However, it is a bit more expensive but each roll is not individually wrapped. Also, this brand is a bit thicker and stronger than the other bamboo toilet paper brand on this list.
Biodegradable
Being biodegradable makes any toilet paper brand a winner. Whether you want it for commercial use, personal use, or camping, you can bet that this toilet paper is going to be safe for the environment and your septic tank.
Soft and Strong
Caboo is super soft and doesn’t fall apart as soon as it gets wet, which is always important to me when using toilet paper. No one wants to have to use twice the toilet paper to do the job, otherwise, you are spending twice the cash.
Pros
Cons
Whether you are looking for a toilet paper that is strong, something that is textured, or even something that is environmentally friendly, when you are faced with a pandemic and forced to stock up on essential items, you want them to be affordable, durable, and safe for your family and environment. Every toilet paper brand on this list is septic safe and can be accessed from the safety of your own home. Stay safe and remember, not all toilet paper is good toilet paper.
